About Dr. Sharon Arrindell

Dr. Sharon Arrindell is a transformational speaker, coach, bestselling author, professor, and pastor dedicated to helping individuals especially women embrace healing, resilience, and wholeness. A Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Coach, Licensed Christian Marriage & Family Therapist, and educator, she inspires audiences to "pick up the pieces of their lives and become whole" through her message of redemption, restoration, and hope.

Originally from Jamaica, West Indies, Dr. Sharon relocated to the United States in September 1970. Guided by the motto, "Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve," she has devoted her life to education, counseling, leadership development, and faith-based empowerment.

After a career in the fashion industry, Dr. Sharon transitioned into speaking, counseling, and education. She served in New York's public schools, working with autistic children, before relocating to Florida, where she continued her work as a school counselor and provided professional development training to educators.

Since 2007, Dr. Sharon has served as an adjunct professor, teaching psychology and counseling courses at both undergraduate and graduate levels. She currently teaches at Indian River State College, Florida, and Montreat College, North Carolina.

As the CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise LLC, Dr. Sharon develops coaching programs and transformational experiences designed to empower women in resilience, leadership, and personal growth. Her digital and live programs particularly serve Christian women seeking purpose, healing, and lasting transformation.

A globally recognized voice, Dr. Sharon has spoken on platforms across the United States, the Caribbean, Paris, and Spain through organizations including Christian Women Speakers, Global Women Speakers, and C-Suite for Christ. Her unique ability to combine faith, psychology, leadership, and personal transformation has made her a sought-after speaker and mentor.

Dr. Sharon holds a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management, a Master of Science in Counseling (MSC), a Doctor of Biblical Counseling (DBC), and a Doctor of Education in Leadership (EdD). She also serves on the pastoral board of All Nations Life Development Christian Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Dr. Sharon treasures family and legacy. She is happily married to her friend and dream partner, Keith Arrindell, and together they have a blended family of five children and twelve grandchildren. Her mission is to empower others to live intentionally, lead courageously, and build legacies that impact generations to come.
