Dr. Sharon Arrindell – Transformational Speaker, Coach, Bestselling Author, Pastor, and Instructor
Dr. Sharon Arrindell—fondly known as Dr. Sharon—is a Maxwell Leadership Certified Speaker and Coach, Licensed Christian Marriage & Family therapist, professor, bestselling author and pastor. With a life shaped by resilience and restoration, she powerfully inspires audiences, especially Kingdom women, to “pick up the pieces of their lives and become whole” through her “Redemption Song.” Drawing from the soulful lyrics of Bob Marley’s classic, Dr. Sharon embodies redemption, healing, and hope.
Originally from Jamaica, West Indies, she relocated to the United States in September 1970. Dr. Sharon seeks to live a life modeled after the powerful inscription written on the outside wall of her former church in Harlem New York: “Enter to Learn, Go Forth to Serve.” This motto has become her life’s mission
After a career in the fashion industry, Dr. Sharon transitioned into speaking, counseling and education. She served in New York’s public schools, working with autistic children, before relocating to Florida with her two young children. There, she continued her work as a school counselor for over a decade and provided professional development training to educators. Since 2007, she has served as an adjunct professor at several universities and currently teaches undergraduate courses at Indian River State College (FL) and undergraduate and graduate courses at Montreat College (NC), in psychology and counseling.
As the CEO of Inspired Wholeness Enterprise LLC, Dr. Sharon develops coaching programs for women seeking personal transformation. Her digital and live zoom courses serve women, especially Christian women in resilience and empowerment. She is also sometimes asked to offer professional counseling services to married couples.
A globally recognized voice, Dr. Sharon is a sought-after speaker utilizing platforms like Christian Women Speakers, Global Women Speakers, and C-Suite for Christ Bureau, with engagements spanning the U.S., Caribbean, Paris, and Spain—always staying true to her unwavering faith.
She has been featured in numerous magazines, including New York Weekly, Preferred Health Magazine and Success Magazine. She has also appeared on local TV, a variety of podcasts and media outlets. Her inspiring story and work have also graced several magazine covers.
Dr. Sharon holds a Bachelor’s in Organizational Management, a Master of Science in Counseling (MSC), and two doctorates: a Doctor of Biblical Counseling (DBC) and a Doctor of Education in Leadership (EdD). She is the author of numerous books, including:

Dr. Sharon serves on the pastoral board of All Nations Life Development Christian Center in Port St. Lucie, Florida, and describes herself as “a pastor beyond the walls.” She was ordained in 2019 under Federation of Independent Revolutionary Ministries (FIRM), by Apostle Samuel E. Beasley of Pensacola, Florida.
Dr. Sharon is happily married to her friend and dream partner, Keith Arrindell, and together they have a blended family of five children and twelve grandchildren.
